All participants are required to read, understand and comply with all rules and regulations ("Rules & Conditions") before registering for the LPS MONAS HALF MARATHON ("The Race"). Please note that participants are parties who receive the official race confirmation email confirming their entry as a race participant, through the official registration method or other official program of the race ("Participants").

Fun run event with a maximum distance of 5km, which is one of a series of LPS Monas Half Marathon events 2025.

Where will the Run The City be held?
The event will be held in Jakarta at Hutan Kota GBK.
When will the Run The City be held?
The event will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025.
How many categories in Run The City ?
One (1) category, fun run with a maximum distance of 5 KM
What time does the Run The City start?
The race will be starting at 06.00 AM
Registration
When will the Run The City registration open?
Registration opens on April 25th, 2025 at 3 PM (GMT+7).
Where can I register for the Run The City?
Registration can only be done through lpsmonashalfmarathon.com website.
How much is the Run The City registration fee?
The registration fee is IDR 200,000; (Two Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per person.
What race packages will Run The City - participants receive?
Participants will get a BIB number and a running jersey.
When will the Run The City registration close?
Registration will be closed when the registration quota is full.
What is the quota for Run The City registration participants?
Available for 1,000 participants.
Who can register at Run The City?
Indonesian citizen and Foreigner are able to register.
What is the minimum age for Run The City registrants?
The minimum age for registrants is 7 years old on the day of the event.
Can I register using the same email address in more than one registration?
No, you are only allowed to register with one email address per registration.
How can I know that I have succeeded in getting a Run The City participant slot?
After you register, you will receive a notification via personal email to pay for participant slots.
You must complete the payment within the stated time. There are several payment method options to choose from, so as to avoid the risk of losing participant slots.
After completing the payment, you will receive another confirmation email of your success in getting the Run The City participant slot through private email.
What happens to registrants who have registered but do not complete payment by the deadline?
Failure in completing the payment process within the specified time limit will result in the loss of the participant slot.
The Event Organiser will make the necessary adjustments to meet the quota of Event participants based on the authority of the Event organiser.
I have received the LPS Monas Half Marathon slot but I cannot join the race. Can I cancel my slot and receive a refund?
You can't, it is stated in rules and regulations of the Event that slot cancellations and refunds for Event registration cannot be processed, further information about the rules & conditions can be read here.
Change of Data
Can I change my personal registration data?
Participants can not change personal data after the registration process is completed.
The committee urges that filling in data during registration is done carefully and more thoroughly to avoid data filling errors.
Race Pack Collection
Where is the Run The City Race Pack Collection?
Race Pack Collection location will be announced at a later date.
When is the Run The City Race Pack Collection?
Race Pack Collection Schedule is as follows:

Time : 10.00 - 20.00 WIB
Can I collect my race pack outside of the scheduled time?
No, The organizer will not accept race pack collection outside of the scheduled times.
Can I collect my race pack on race day?
No, The organizer will not accept race pack collection on the race day.
Can my race pack be mailed to me?
No. Race pack must be collected in person or by a representative on the day, place and time scheduled by the organizer.
What will I receive in my race pack?
For The Run the City race pack you will receive:
- Jersey
- Bib
- Tote bag Run The City
What do I have to bring/present to collect my race pack?
You must present your race pack collection email with a barcode to show a proof of your registration and a form of identification for verification by our staff.
Can I delegate the collection of my race pack?
Yes you can. The collection of your race pack can be delegated by bringing the required documents such as:
- Printed letter of authorization signed by the owner of the race pack;
- Printed proof of registration or race pack collection ticket with a barcode;
- Printed proof of identification of the person giving the authorization and the person authorized to collect the race pack.
How many race packs can be collected by a representative?
The maximum number of race pack can be collected by a person is 3 (three) race packs. If the number exceeds the limit set, then the representative must start over the process and stand behind the queueing line to give chance for other participants to collect their race packs.
What type of services can be expected at the race pack collection location?
Runners should expect the following at the race pack collection location:
- Race pack collection for Run the City (5km) & LPS Monas Half Marathon (21km);
- Information on the race and locations;
- Activities and experiences prepared by the organizers.

Where is the Run The City running route?
Information will be updated through LPS Monas Half Marathon website and social media.

Will there be a Cut of Time (COT) at the Run The City?
Yes there will. The race time limit for the Run The City is 2 hours. Participants who cannot complete the route within the specified time limit will be evacuated from the route back to the start and finish points.
Finisher
What will the participants get after running the Run The City?
Participants who have completed their run will receive a finisher medal.
Who is entitled to receive the right to finish Run The City ?
All participants who have successfully completed all Run The City activities under the Cut of Time (COT).
